MAAVIQE may collect information you provide through the website, questionnaire, email, or other direct communications, including your name, email address, phone number, destination, travel dates, number and ages of travelers, budget range, travel preferences, dietary information, accessibility or mobility information, celebration details, and other information you choose to provide.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. MAAVIQE does not ask travelers to place full payment-card numbers in its trip questionnaires. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy practices and terms.

How information is used

MAAVIQE uses information to respond to inquiries, provide and personalize itinerary-planning services, communicate about a trip, process and document purchases, improve services and website operations, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

MAAVIQE may use service providers that support website hosting, form processing, email, payment processing, document production, and business operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. MAAVIQE does not sell personal information for money.

Travel information and sensitive details

Please do not submit passport numbers, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, passwords, or other government identification numbers through MAAVIQE questionnaires or ordinary email. If a trip requires a provider to collect such information, provide it directly to that provider through its secure process.

Cookies and technical data

The website and its hosting or payment providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, and basic usage or security data necessary to deliver, protect, and understand the service. Third-party services may have their own cookie and privacy practices.

Retention and security

MAAVIQE retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

MAAVIQE’s services are purchased by adults. Information about minor travelers should be provided only by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult and only to the extent reasonably necessary to plan the trip.
